Selling my trusty volvo c30. It's a zippy, quick and robust little monster! It is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. I have been taking great care of it. The car has 181,287 miles on it, the engine only about 100k (the engine was replaced at 157K miles with a much newer engine that only had 76k at the time). Brand new rear tires (less than 2000 miles on them) . Brand new front speakers (Original Volvo parts). As I said everything is in order and the car runs great. Only thing worth mentioning is that the CD gets stuck occasionally. Pink slip in hand. Smog'ed and ready to go.Local Pickup ONLY

Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. For sale is a 2009 Volvo C30 T-5 R Design. It has been a great safe car for our family and it is time to sell. It has not been modified or tuned in anyway. Car has been super dependable, have never had any issues with it. Its a fun sporty car and one of the safest cars (Volvo) on the road. I have attached several pictures. The car is not perfect but for the year the mileage is low and is in great shape. The seats on the white inserts are slightly worn but other than that the interior shows really well. The exterior also shows great for a 2009. For the price you can’t go wrong. This vehicle is being sold as is. It is a used vehicle.
